I think I might have crashed the server.. I had just created a private chest and was moving my stuff into it. I then tried adding more items to the chest than it can hold (by shift-clicking items in my inventory). This used to crash the client, with the new update (1.8.1) it seems to crash the server. Big improvement
. By the next update it will probably crash the Internet.
Of course it might be totally unrelated, but it seems odd. After adding the extra item I could continue playing, but I couldn't destroy blocks, I couldn't open chests or ovens, so I quit. When I tried to reconnect the server didn't connect (end of stream).
